Hydraulic motors often encounter different problems when they are used, but because of the special working conditions of the hydraulic motor, there are six special points to be aware of when using it.
1. When the full load is required to start, it should be noted that the hydraulic motor starts to shorten the value. Because the hydraulic motor starting torque is shorter than the rated torque, if it is ignored, the working mechanism will not work.
Second, because the back pressure of the hydraulic motor is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the drain pipe of the motor must be separately led back to the fuel tank, and can not be connected with the hydraulic motor return line.
Third, due to the total leakage of the hydraulic motor, the intake and outlet of the hydraulic motor are closed for braking, and it will still have a slow slip. When it is necessary to brake for a long time, a brake to prevent rotation should be separately provided.
4. When the driven part has large inertia (large moment of inertia or high speed), if it is required to reach the brake or the case or the shuttle in a short time, a safety valve (buffer valve) should be installed in the return line to prevent sharpness. The hydraulic shock caused damage accidents.
5. When the hydraulic motor is used as a power component for lifting or traveling devices, a speed limit valve must be installed to prevent the heavy objects from falling quickly or overspeed when the traveling mechanism such as the vehicle goes downhill, causing serious accidents.
6. When using a fixed-quantity motor, if it is desired to start and stop smoothly, the necessary pressure control or flow control method should be adopted in the circuit design.
